SUMANGAL is a B. Arch graduated from Sir J J College of Architecture, Mumbai, in 1995.

 

Sumangal has a passion for design with an eye for detail, He has worked with renowned MNCs and Developers for over 25 years. His rich experience has given him confidence in wide range of projects including large scale Master planning, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, mixed use,  retail , hospitality and TOD like Metro Stations, Bus stations, Airport related Infrastructure. He implemented diversity in planning principles which offered him confidence in flexible planning & phasing of large-scale projects based on market demand.

His recent projects include high end Villas, Boutique Residences and Apartments, a School, Gated communities Master-planning along hilly sides and riverfronts, feasibilities on I T parks and Mixed –Use Developments, Industrial project expansions.

With an overall experience of 30 years in the Professional field, he comes with a wide exposure on project coordination including collaborative efforts with a team of sub-consultants as a consortium.  Some of the key points being offered in the design consultancy include :
